The Bact Extra Pure kit allows the extraction and purification of bacterial DNA from the following clinical specimens:

• Uro-genital samples: urine and vaginal, urethral and cervical swabs.
• Respiratory samples: expectorate, bronchoalveolar lavage, nasopharyngeal and pharyngeal swabs.
