Celiac disease TQ Kit - RQ

The kit allows the typing of HLA DQ2.5-DR3 (DQB1*02-DQA1*05-DRB1*03), DQ2.2-DR7 (DQB1*02-DQA1*0201-DRB1*07), DQ8-DR4 ( DQB1*0302-DQA1*03-DRB1*04) and DQ7.5-DR5 (DQB1*0301-DQA1*05-DRB1*11) predisposing to celiac disease; it also analyzes other four DQB1 alleles (DQB1*0303, DQB1*0304, DQB1*0305, DQB1*04) and other two DQA1 alleles (DAQ1*01, DQA1*06), necessary to determine the state of zygosis of the DQB1*02 allele.
